Chia is the Asian Liaison for the City of Cleveland who works within the Community Relations Board to connect Asian residents with city resources. She also organizes community celebrations including Asian Heritage Day events at Cleveland City Hall. Now, Chia lives in Euclid and has served as the Asian Liaison for the City of Cleveland for the past 13 years and is the only third liaison in the city’s history.
